Dr. Debra is on a much deserved vacation. She will not be blogging this week. Last week she blogged about the high level of stress in our current culture. A family vacation can be another way to destress. This should be a time to enjoy each other and for our children to interact with us without the daily stress we bring home and the stress that exists at home. It is a time when neither the parents nor the children have to do chores. It is just a time to enjoy each other. So if possible take a family vacation. Use it as a time to enjoy your children and for them to enjoy you. Have a great time. Sherri
