Video games are popular with teens for many reasons. The stimulation of the game and fun is exciting for teens. And teens who struggle with social interactions feel some degree of mastery when they play these games – often retreating into their own little world in which they do have mastery. But how do these games do anything to our teen's brains that we should have concerns about at times? Some studies have suggested that watching these games can cause problems with how a teen's brain regulates certain chemicals related to attention and focus. This is especially important in those teens who already have attention and focus issues. And when you think about teens with awkwardness with social interactions – do we really want them doing anything that could interfere with their attention and focus when they are interacting with others? I don't think so. Teens can still play video games – but moderation is very important. Dr. Debra

Well in my personal opinion video games are not proven to be very much safe for kids.
They spend more than enough time in playing games, which is not at all safe for them.
